It goes without saying that you want to give the outside of your home a good power washing before you put it on the market, but some homeowners might overlook certain exterior areas that need washing. To ensure a thorough exterior clean, be sure to wash the roof, the chimney, the tops and undersides of awnings, any outside deck, patio, gazebo, or pergola, and your home's garage and shed.
